插班、保留、退费
two-week add/drop period for late registrants, course credit & refunds.

开课7天（寒暑假班为3天）内可退100%学费，14天（寒暑假班为6天）内可退50%学费。

开课14天内可以插班，但不减免学费，且按原开课之日起计算退费期。
